    Classroom training

    Module 1

    Process Design

    • Design fundamentals (5 Hours)
    • Design tools review (5 Hours)
    • Process Engineering (10 Hours)

    The first module will teach the basics of process design and development for Engineers and Professionals. Here we will cover design fundamentals such as standards, norms etc., introduce the tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia etc. and support them by applying them in process design areas such as process flow diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams as well as bill of materials.

    Module 2

    Industrial Design

    • Engineering drawings (10 Hours)
    • Equipment and Accessories (10 Hours)
    • Project Management (10 Hours)

    The second module emphasizes on live projects which shall help in both understanding and application in Industrial design such as developing industrial layouts (plans, elevations, sections), preparation of detailed engineering drawings as well as exposing participants to actual site locations with installations.

    Module 3

    Design Simulation

    • 3D simulation and Visualization (10 Hours)
    • Operational modelling and simulation (10 Hours)

    Rs. 40,000/-

    The third module gets into modelling and simulation advanced 3D models and features such as design and development of prototypes, assembly, simulation and expose students to machinery and equipment testing as well as operations.

    Students are expected to be well versed in AutoCAD.
    Special training can be offered in case of a need.

    Bio-steps shall conduct an exam at the end of each module, and those who graduate in Module 1 is alone allowed to sit for module 2, and similar procedure for graduating from Module 2 to Module 3.
